Bentley Motors recently revealed their plans for the first-ever Bentley-branded residential tower: Bentley Residences, set to debut in 2026 in Sunny Isles Beach in Miami, Florida. Bentley Motors enlisted Gil Dezer and Dezer Development, responsible for some of the world’s most luxurious branded residences, including the recently completed Porsche Design Tower (just two blocks away) and Armani/Casa, to name a few. Construction will begin in 2023 and will be built by architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects, who is also responsible for Porsche Design Tower and Armani/Casa.
The 60-story, cylindrical tower is set to be the tallest ever built on a U.S. beachfront at 749 feet. There will be more than 200 luxury residences; state-of-the-art amenities, including a restaurant, cinema, whiskey bar, gym, pool, spa and cigar lounge; cabanas; and landscaped gardens.

Designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects – known for their work on Dezer Development’s Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa – Bentley Tower will contain 200-plus luxury apartments built for residents who expect the very best in design and quality. Standing at 749 feet and over 60 stories high, the property will be the tallest residential tower on a U.S. beachfront.
Homes in the Bentley building will feature a private balcony, pool, sauna and outdoor shower. Other amenities will include a gym, pool, spa, cinema, whisky bar, restaurant and lounge, cabanas and beautifully landscaped communal gardens.
Adrian Hallmark, CEO of Bentley Motors says, “The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower’s interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity, sustainability and innovation. We’ve partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys.”
“Partnering with Bentley Motors, a global luxury brand, and being able to create another first in the Miami marketplace is an extraordinary opportunity,” added Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “We’ve been instrumental in changing the face and value of the South Florida real estate industry through the introduction of brand partnerships. With Bentley Motors, we will create something inspiring, powerful and iconic – a true game-changer when it comes to luxury living.”
The development is keenly focused on luxury living in a sustainable environment. We are designing in accordance with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification and other environmental regulations to protect the local environment and minimize the impact of the development on local wildlife. Further, we are using environmentally-safe building materials, reducing coastal lighting to protect endangered sea turtles, and are designing and engineering the building to reduce energy consumption.
Bentley Residences is scheduled for completion in 2026. Construction is estimated to begin in early 2023.

Park your fancy car inside the unit (Car Elevator)
Each residence has a multi-car garage (via one of the tower’s 4 car elevators) so residents can securely store their vehicles, and residences all have a private indoor/outdoor terrace, sunken pool and sauna. Dezer says each residence was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living and each residence will have views over the ocean and bay through its floor-to-ceiling windows.
The feature is not new. In late 2016, Dezer Development completed Porsche Design Tower, also in Sunny Isles Beach. The new Porsche Tower was a milestone in Miami Luxury Real Estate industry, since it featured the patented Dezervator, a car elevator that runs through the center of the tower.
The idea behind a car elevator is to bring the concept that the “key to your car is the key to your apartment”. And also the concept of a house in the sky. As in a house, you don’t have to get off your car to enter an elevator and get to your residence. You simply park your car and step out to the entrance of your house. At Porsche Tower and Bentley Building, you step out your car inside your house in the sky.
The patented car elevator is a prominent and luxurious feature for any car enthusiast.
Triangular Shaped Windows
When looking at the rendering of what the Bentley tower will be like, one immediately notices thetriangular-shaped windows. Dezer confirms this will be a replacement feature of the tower. “When we developed plans for the Bentley, we immediately thought of the triangular windows,” he reveals. “We did the whole mockup—I spent $300,000 just on themock-up: to find out if we could do the windows that way. It’s going to make a statement. It’s going to be a diamond that they can see all the way from Cuba when the sun hits on it. It’s going to be amazing. You don’t live on the exterior of your building, but when you tell people, ‘Hey, I live in the Bentley tower,’ people will understand. They’ll ask, ‘Is that the one with the diamonds sparkling?’ Everybody will know where you live. There’s a pride in ownership that makes a building iconic. After this one, we’re going to have a hard time out doing ourselves.”
