Dezer Development Secures Record-Breaking $630 Million Construction Loan for Bentley Residences

A Milestone in Gil Dezer’s Development Legacy

Recognized as one of Florida’s most influential luxury developers, Dezer Development has built a worldwide reputation for pioneering branded residential projects with some of the world’s most iconic names. Under the leadership of Gil Dezer, the company has delivered several of Sunny Isles Beach’s most distinctive towers, including the Porsche Design Tower, Residences by Armani/Casa, and now Bentley Residences—each redefining design, exclusivity and innovation along South Florida’s coast.

From the beginning, Dezer has championed the branded residence model, which blends the prestige and reliability of luxury brands with the stability of real estate investment. These developments stand out for their signature architecture, bespoke services and strong value appreciation—driven by the elite brands behind them, which safeguard quality and user experience. With Bentley Residences, Dezer reinforces this vision by merging automotive design, innovation and luxury into a new oceanfront living concept.

Recently, Bentley Residences made history in Florida’s real estate industry—and in the United States as well. Over a 36-hour nonstop operation, more than 2,100 concrete trucks poured into the tower’s foundation, setting a record as the largest residential concrete pour ever completed in Florida and the second-largest in the entire country. The scale of the engineering effort captured national attention and marked a defining milestone for the project. Watch the video below.

Bentley Residences: The New Icon on the Oceanfront

Rising 61 stories and reaching 749 feet (approximately 228 meters), Bentley Residences is under construction at 18401 Collins Avenue on a 2.3-acre oceanfront site. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors’ design team, the tower has already sold more than 50% of its units.

Remaining residences start at $5.8 million, while penthouses reach up to $37.5 million—reflecting the exclusivity and global appeal of the British brand. Completion is expected in 2028, and the tower’s record-setting foundation is now in its final stages.

Automotive Innovation Meets Residential Luxury

Like the Porsche Design Tower, Bentley Residences will feature the patented Dezervator™, a state-of-the-art automobile elevator system that allows residents to drive directly into their homes and park inside private sky garages. The technology has been enhanced for this new tower, reinforcing the building’s futuristic and exclusive character.

Each residence will offer a three- or four-car garage with EV charging stations, expansive terraces with private pools, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian-designed kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, and bathrooms inspired by world-class spas.

World-Class Amenities

More than 20,000 square feet (1,850 m²) will be dedicated to wellness and entertainment, including a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, private cinema, full-service spa, oceanfront fitness center, pool deck and an exclusive restaurant led by award-winning chef Todd English.

Coastal Construction—known for landmark projects such as Aston Martin Residences and the Porsche Design Tower—serves as the general contractor, ensuring top-tier engineering and execution quality.

Historic Financing Marks a New Era of Expansion

The $630 million loan, negotiated by Scott Wadler and Alec Fox of Berkadia and led by Brian Shatz, Josh Zegen and Adam Tantleff of Madison Realty Capital, underscores the strength and momentum of Florida’s luxury real estate market. Mega-financings of this scale continue to advance even in a more selective lending environment.

With Bentley Residences now fully capitalized, Dezer Development reinforces its leadership in the automotive-branded luxury sector—uniting innovation, engineering, and high design in a project that will redefine the Sunny Isles Beach skyline and further solidify Florida as a global destination for legendary branded developments.
